Course Outline
Gain knowledge and practical experience with the following QA & testing subjects (amongst others):
- IT delivery models (incl DevOps, Scrum and SAFe®)
- The VOICE model for achieving business value by IT delivery
- CI/CD pipeline and tooling
- QA & Testing topics, such as:
- quality & test policy
- monitoring & control
- anomaly management
- reporting & alerting
- estimating & planning
- metrics and continuous improvement
- infrastructure
- Organizing quality engineering overarching multiple teams
- End-to-end testing within a team or over multiple teams
- Quality characteristics and test varieties
- Personal, interpersonal and team skills for effective collaboration within and across teams.
The training course lets participants get experience on these subjects through short introductions followed by relevant exercises and leaves ample room for sharing experiences by all participants. During the course the participants will also practice exam questions.
This course includes the cost of the TMAP® Organizing built-in quality at scale exam voucher. The exam is taken in collaboration with iSQI. With this voucher the exam can be scheduled on a date and location of your choice.
Requirements
For this training course basic knowledge of information technology, working in teams and an Agile way of working is required. There are no specific certifications required, but we strongly advise to first get the certificate “TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams”.
